What to do with Odell Beckham, Jr., Jarvis Landry in Week 3 fantasy football

The Browns bounced back with a Thursday night win over the Bengals. Can Odell and Jarvis help build Baker’s confidence against Washington?

NFL: Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns Ken Blaze-USA TODAY Sports

The Browns picked up right where they left off last season: disappointing its fans. In Week 2, Baker Mayfield and co. were able to fend off Joe Burrow and the Bengals. Now, with a long break between games thanks to that Thursday night matchup, Cleveland aims to get above .500 with a win over Washington. Will OBJ and Landry be instrumental in that plan?

Fantasy Football analysis: Browns WRs Odell Beckham, Jr., Jarvis Landry

After putting up three receptions for 22 yards on the stat sheet in Week 1, Odell Beckham Jr. got back to his highlight reel ways by pulling in a 43-yard bomb for a TD, ultimately contributing to a 4-74-1 line. As for Jarvis Landry, through two weeks he has caught eight of nine targets for 107 yards. Both receivers have an opportunity to build on their chemistry with the young Baker Mayfield as they host the Washington Football Team on Sunday. Washington has allowed the eighth-most yards to opposing wide receivers, making both of these guys intriguing options. The Browns are favored by a touchdown, but going up against a strong defensive front may force them to attack in the air.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start OBJ. Start Landry as a WR3 or FLEX.
