What to do with Stefon Diggs, John Brown, Cole Beasley in Week 3 fantasy football

Can the Bills receivers continue to eat as the Rams come to town? Let’s discuss how to approach the Week 3 matchup.

Bills QB Josh Allen has successfully made his receivers fantasy relevant through two weeks. He’ll look to continue his multi-passing touchdown streak against the Los Angeles Rams, though this will be his toughest challenge thus far. If you have Diggs, Brown, or even Beasley, you’re probably wondering what you should do in a difficult matchup like this. Let’s break it down a bit.

Fantasy Football analysis: Bills WRs Stefon Diggs, John Brown, Cole Beasley

Starting with the ex-Viking, Stefon Diggs, who erupted for 8-153-1 against the Miami Dolphins last week. Diggs will likely draw a lot of attention from Jalen Ramsey, but as the target leader in Buffalo, we shouldn’t expect Josh Allen to shy away from him. While the Rams have held their opponents to 36 combined points (tied for third-least in the league), they’ll have to keep an eye on the scrambling potential of Allen, which should open up some space for the receivers.

That brings us to John Brown. Allen and Brown have connected for 10-152-2 through two weeks and he could provide a crucial path to victory for the Bills in Week 3. As for the slot man, Cole Beasley, he arguably has the worst outlook (relatively speaking) of the three receivers. The Rams have shut down slot receivers in their first two games, so I wouldn’t expect to see more than four catches from Beasley this week.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Diggs. Start Brown. Sit Beasley.
