Friday Update II: It looks like Jones will get some limited practice in on Friday. That’s a little better news for his availability and usage against the Bears, but we should still be cautious with him in fantasy.

Friday update: Coach Dan Quinn says they will take Jones will be a game-time decision against the Bears, per ESPN’s Vaughn McClure. We’ll see if he gets any work in on Friday, but his status doesn’t look great for a fully healthy game and he should be downgraded if he ends up playing.
Thursday update: Jones was unable to practice on Thursday due to his hamstring injury, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. He still has a chance to return on Friday and be ready to face the Bears, but his status is worrisome.
Atlanta Falcons star wide receiver Julio Jones strained his hamstring during Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys, per ESPN’s Vaughn McClure. Jones had a big Week 1 against the Seahawks, catching 9-of-12 targets for 157 yards, but only caught 2-of-4 targets for 24 yards in Week 3.
Coach Dan Quinn says that Jones has been dealing with his hamstring for a couple weeks before this and that they’ll take it all the way through the week with his injury, so there is some reason for concern. He will likely be out of practice for most of the week and then look to be ready to get work in on Friday. We probably won’t have a good idea of his status until then or possibly until game-time when they face the Bears.
