It’s gut check time for the Toronto Raptors. We’re basically at the “Win or go home” stage of the series. When you’re down 2-0, there’s still some shred of hope that you can get back into a series. In this case, the Raptors are down to the Boston Celtics, who haven’t lost in the postseason yet. Let’s take a look at some DraftKings Showdown picks to get your lineup going for the contest, which locks at 6:30 p.m. ET.

Captain’s Pick
Kyle Lowry ($13,200)
Somebody has to step up on the Raptors and I think the most logical guy is Lowry. Fred VanVleet had it going early on in Game 2 but couldn’t sustain it. Pascal Siakam isn’t Kawhi Leonard. So Lowry as the veteran statesman needs to do something above and beyond. Even if he doesn’t go off scoring, Lowry posted 41.75 DKFP in Game 2 on a miserable shooting game. The price is right for a bounce back and even if Lowry struggles from 3, he should find value at Captain.
Fade of the Game
Kemba Walker ($9,000)
I’ll most likely regret this decision but Walker’s price jumped up $600 from last game and he really hasn’t done much in the series. Overall, the scoring is down in the series and I expect that to continue throughout. So really nobody is looking at much of a ceiling. The only way Walker destroys value at this price is if he goes for a double-double, which isn’t like him. Walker also had issues shooting from outside in Game 2. The difference between Walker and Lowry is the Raptors guard can distribute a bit better.
Value Picks
Robert Williams ($4,000) — Time Lord hasn’t missed a field goal in this series, so now is not the time to be fading him. Sure, I think we get some regression — the guy isn’t going to be perfect forever. The big thing with Williams is the minutes are there in back-to-back games. Daniel Theis can’t be counted on to play a ton and Brad Stevens isn’t shy about getting Williams out there in key situations.
Terence Davis ($2,000) — If I’m grasping at straws again for a value, Davis is the only logical one for Toronto at this price. He didn’t play at all in a close Game 2. That’s fine, Nick Nurse mixes up his rotations depending on how the game goes. I don’t expect a blowout but I can see Davis getting in there with the reserves and giving Toronto something. At this price, we don’t need much and it’s tough to save salary anywhere else.
