Thursday Night Football kicks off its season in Week 2 with two AFC North rivals going head to head. We get to see two former Heisman winners in Joe Burrow and Baker Mayfield match their skills in primetime and the odds favor the veteran of the two, with Mayfield and the Browns set as 6-point favorites. The point total is middling at 43, implying 24.5 points for Cleveland and 18.5 points for Cincinnati.

Both teams lost in Week 1, with the Ravens rolling over the Browns 38 to 6 and the Bengals squeaking out a 16 to 13 loss to the Chargers. As almost a touchdown favorite, the Browns backers aren’t making themselves known at DraftKings Sportsbook. Instead, bettors seem to prefer what they saw from Burrow and company, at least enough to back the Bengals and the points.

The majority of the handle and bets are for the Bengals and the points, with 69 percent of the handle and 71 percent of the bets leaning toward the Bengals. The same is true with the moneyline, with 71 percent of the handle and 68 percent of the bets favoring Cincinnati.

As for the point total, the money is on the under, with 77 percent of the handle hoping the game goes under 43 points. The percent of bets made are a bit more even, with 58 percent leaning under and 42 percent over.
