Injury status update: Miles Sanders has been downgraded to OUT, per Adam Schefter.
Official injury status: The Eagles have listed Miles Sanders as questionable for Sunday’s game.
Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders and lineman Lane Johnson were able to get a limited practice in on Thursday and coach Doug Pederson was positive when talking about their status on Friday morning. These two of course go together and Johnson’s health is a big factor in Sanders’ ability to perform.

and Lane Johnson
“They are day to day. They’re both doing extremely well. We’ll see how they do over the next couple days”

Sanders is the No. 1 running back and all accounts have him leading the backfield this season. He should be a strong fantasy play, but this isn’t the start we’d like for him of course. He is trending in the right direction, but has been out since the first week of camp.
We will likely see plenty of Boston Scott and Corey Clement mixed in if Sanders is able to go against Washington on Sunday. We will update this post when the injury report comes out. If Sanders can somehow get a full practice in, he should be able to go on Sunday.
