The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame have finally done the unthinkable, and joined a college football conference. And even if it’s only for one season because of Covid-19, it will be one to remember.

The Irish are ranked #10 in both the AP and Coaches poll during the preseason, and will enter Atlantic Coast Conference play as likely the best team in the league that’s not Clemson. That matchup in Notre Dame Stadium on November 7th will have huge implications for both the ACC and national championship picture. It will also be the first meeting between the teams.

All the home games as per usual for ND will be on NBC, but with one exception: Their battle with the South Florida Bulls will air on the sister network of USA. While the Irish will be a big favorite, they were last time the teams met in 2011 as well, but South Florida won 23-20 after two lightning delays in a game that took over six hours.

Here are the newly-released game times for the home schedule for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in 2020:

September 12: vs. Duke, 2:30 p.m., NBC
September 19: vs. South Florida, 2:30 p.m., USA
October 10: vs. Florida State, 7:30 p.m., NBC
October 17: vs. Louisville, 2:30 p.m., NBC
November 7: vs. Clemson, 7:30 p.m., NBC
December 5: vs. Syracuse, TBA, NBC
