The PGA Tour is hosting its first major tournament this weekend since the restart of the 2019-2020 season. The PGA Championship was originally scheduled for May, but was pushed to August due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The tournament will tee off a 10 a.m. ET at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco. Tiger Woods is back for his second tournament since February, and looks to improve on an inconsistent performance three weeks back at the Memorial Tournament. He made the cut, but he was well out of contention to win and finished with a +6 for the week.
This week’s tournament will be airing across ESPN and CBS this week. ESPN+ will stream first and second round coverage from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and ESPN will be airing coverage 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Saturday, ESPN+ will stream third round coverage from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., ESPN will cover the tournament from 1 to 4 p.m., and CBS will have coverage from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Sunday, it’s the same broadcast options, but they all run an hour earlier.
Woods will be playing with Rory McIlroy and Justin Thomas on Thursday and Friday as one of the featured groups. The tournament has only decided on Thursday featured groups, but we can expect Woods, McIlroy, and Thomas to be featured on Friday, too. Here are the featured groups and tee times:

The morning starts at 10 a.m. with Brian Harman, Jeff Hart, and C.T. Pan teeing off at #1. The first tee time at #10 is 10:05 a.m. and features Scottie Scheffler, Danny Balin, and Tom Hoge. The final group at #1 tees off at 5:42 and includes Sebastián Muñoz, Justin Bertsch, and Benjamin Hebert. The final group at #10 tees off at 5:37 and includes Shawn Warren, Marcus Kinhult, and Adam Long.
