The Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds will hopefully play Monday at 6:40 p.m. ET in Cincinnati. Cleveland righty Zach Plesac will take on the Reds righty Sonny Gray. DraftKings will have Showdown DFS contests available for the matchup. We break down the ideal lineup strategy below, and you can play here.

Captain’s Picks

Sonny Gray, P, Reds: $16,800

Gray is off to a smoking start through his first two games. He’s gone 2-0 with four hits and one earned run allowed while striking out 20 through 12.2 innings. He’ll get to face a Cleveland team that ranks dead last in ISO against righties with a paltry .075 through 245 plate appearances so far. In cash games, Gray is hard to pass on tonight.

Nick Castellanos, OF, Reds: $12,900

Zach Plesac started his 2020 season with a bang, as he allowed three hits and no runs while striking out 11 White Sox batters. He didn’t get the win, but you can’t pitch much better than that. But, of the two pitchers starting tonight, I’d rather stack against Plesac. Righties have hit him better than lefties so far and righty Castellanos has been on fire. He hit two homers yesterday, giving him four on the season. He also has three doubles and 11 RBIs to go with those dingers.

Utility Picks

Nick Senzel, OF, Reds: $5,000

Senzel has played well this season with four doubles and a .937 OPS. He’s making good contact right now and as long as he’s in the lineup, it’s hard to pass on him at $5,000 on DraftKings.

Bradley Zimmer, OF, Indians: $5,400

Zimmer has hit righties well so far this season with eight hits in 26 at bats. He has a team leading .398 wOBA against righties, as well as a .214 ISO and .421 OBP. Check to make sure he’s in the lineup, but if he is, I like him for a cheap option to make sure you have a Cleveland player to make your lineup.
