Best, sleeper options to consider for NASCAR Truck Series DFS at Daytona

Best Bets

Brett Moffitt ($9,300)

Moffitt is somehow the eighth priciest option despite being the favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook. While his odds have dropped from +200 to +225, he’s still an excellent road course driver. It’s hard not to take advantage of his affordable price here.

Alex Tagliani ($10,800)

The gap between Tagliani and Moffit is shrinking. Tagliani’s odds were originally +400, but he’s jumped to +350 ahead of Sunday. He was neck and neck with Moffitt at the Chevrolet Silverado 250 last year and has a ton of place differential upside starting 21st on the grid.

Sleepers

Ben Rhodes ($8,400)

Rhodes isn’t really a sleeper, but he’s priced like one. He has the fourth best odds to win at +1100 and finished directly behind Moffitt and Tagliani in last August’s road race. Getting one of the top contenders for under $9,000 is a bargain.

Zane Smith ($8,100)

Smith is the pole sitter in this race after winning the Henry Ford Health System 200 last week. He’s cracked the top 10 in three straight races. While Smith is a little bit of a risk because of his lack of road course success, he has optimal starting position and momentum on his side.
