The 2020 NBA Playoffs begin on Monday, August 17th after the seeding round wrapped up the regular season with each team playing eight games in the bubble in Orlando. We started with 22 teams and now we’re down to the 16 teams that will compete for the 2020 NBA Championship. The first round of the playoffs kicks off with best-of-7 series in both the Western Conference and Eastern Conference.

The No. 1 seed Milwaukee Bucks will take on the No. 8 seed Orlando Magic in an Eastern Conference first-round series. The Bucks finished the regular season with the best record in the NBA at 56-17. The Magic held onto the 8-seed in the conference despite battling through a few big injuries in the bubble.

The Bucks are the favorites to win it all at +250, just a hair above the Los Angeles Lakers. The Magic have much longer odds at +30000. In terms of conference winners, the Bucks are listed at -152 while the Magic come in at +10000 to make it out of the East.

As for injuries, we saw the Magic deal with a couple of a big ones before the playoffs. Jonathan Isaac tore his ACL and was ruled out for the rest of the season. Aaron Gordon also suffered a strained hamstring during the seeding round, but should be ready for the playoffs. The Bucks don’t have anything major to report on the injury front. They appear to be healthy and ready for a run at a title.

Below is a run down of the Bucks-Magic series and how to watch it.
