Indiana Pacers forward T.J. Warren won’t play in his team’s matchup against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday because of a foot injury. He has been dealing with some foot soreness for some time, but this will be the first time he’s missed a game in the bubble.
Warren was setting the Nets ablaze as the NBA’s leading scorer since the restart before a Monday matchup against his arch nemesis Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat. Warren was held to 12 points in that game as the Pacers were blown out 114-92 though. He also grabbed five rebounds and only finished with 18.75 DKFP.
Warren isn’t the only Pacer dealing with an injury, as Malcolm Brogdon (neck), Myles Turner (neck), and Victor Oladipo (ankle) are listed as questionable ahead of Wednesday’s game. Indiana will face an uphill battle against the Rockets if it can’t play four of its five starters.
