In a chaotic weigh-in for the UFC Fight Night event at the UFC Apex facility tomorrow, bantamweight Jonathan Martinez came in 4.5 pounds overweight for his bout with Frankie Saenz. Because of the weight miss, Martinez will forfeit 30% of his purse to Saenz, and will also be ineligible for any bonuses such as Fight of The Night or Performance of The Night.

Martinez is 11-3 as an MMA fighter, and 2-2 in the UFC. His last bout was a split decision loss to Andre Ewell on February 8th. Saenz is 5-4 in UFC, and 12-6 overall. He lost in 85 seconds via knockout to Marlon Vera in March of last year, his last fight in the octagon.

Martinez remains the -250 favorite to win, with Frankie Saenz the +200 underdog. In DFS, Martinez has an $8,600 salary against Saenz at $7,600.
