The Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins will face off in a Monday Madden sim at 2:00 p.m. ET. We break down the ideal Showdown lineup strategy for the DFS contests centered around the game. You can set your lineup and play at DraftKings.

Captain’s Picks

Both sides in this game have little ground support and quarterbacks that let it fly for four quarters, so wide receivers will likely play a big role in this game. The Colts and Dolphins each have pass catchers who are head and shoulders above their teammates. Both of them are ideal captain’s candidates.

T.Y. Hilton ($15,900) is the most skilled player in this game, but comes with a hefty price. He might not be the best option if you think both teams will put up a ton of points. If you think Indianapolis will run away with the win, he’ll have a lot to do with why. He’s torched some of the best defensive backs in Madden this sim season with his speed and juking. DeVante Parker ($15,300) shouldn’t be counted out though. He’s more affordable and makes squeezing players like Eric Ebron and Mike Gesicki in the flex easier.

Flex Men

Ryan Fitzpatrick ($11,400) and Jacoby Brissett ($11,000) could both be quality flex options, but Brissett has been a little more productive when you look at the raw numbers. Ebron and Hilton have been more dynamic than any combination of Dolphins players and could give the Colts’ signal caller the higher ceiling.
