Top NFL Targets at each position for 6-game slate on June 4th

A Cowboys stack featuring Dak Prescott could have a ton of upside in Thursday’s six-game Madden slate.

The six-game Madden DraftKings sims is set for Thursday, and we break down ideal picks for the all-day slate below. Games will run from 12:00 p.m. ET at 10:00 p.m. ET. You can set your classic lineup here.

Quarterback

Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs ($7,900) vs. Bengals

The highest rated quarterback in the game against the Cincinnati Bengals is a no-brainer. Although he’s dropped below 20 DKFP in two straight contests, it’s hard to see him not taking advantage of the lowest scoring defense in the slate.

Dak Prescott, Cowboys ($6,100) vs. Texans

Prescott averages just under 20 DKFP per game and is up against a struggling secondary, but is in the bottom half of the slate when it comes to pricing among starting quarterbacks. He’s a dual threat option with over 1,000 rushing yards this sim season. His receivers haven’t put up eye popping numbers individually, but he spreads the ball around.

Running back

Ezekiel Elliott, Cowboys ($6,800) vs. Texans

I’m in favor of a Prescott-Elliott stack in this slate, as Elliott usually costs at least $7,000 and has rushed for more yards (1,441) than any other player in the slate. He’s also averaging just under two catches a game and provides some PPR upside.

Damien Williams, Chiefs ($5,700) vs. Bengals

Stacking Williams with Mahomes could also be ideal, as I could see Kansas City going up big early in this matchup. That could result in Williams, who’s scored more touchdowns (13) than any running back in the slate, getting garbage points down the stretch. He also has more receptions (54) than the running backs in the field and a good chunk of wideouts.

Wide receiver

Michael Thomas, Saints ($7,900) vs. Lions

Thomas is the best wideout in the game up against Detroit. He has one of Madden’s most accurate quarterbacks throwing to him and will have a porous secondary covering him. Thomas has the best hands of the game and should be targeted consistently.

Tyreek Hill, Chiefs ($7,300) vs. Bengals

The slate is loaded with talent at wide receiver going up against below average defenses. His speed (99) should allow him to dominate all lesser defensive backs, and Cincinnati has plenty of those.

Paul Richardson Jr., Washington ($3,800) vs. Bills

Richardson is one of the cheaper options that should receiver consideration. He rarely costs more than $4,000 but is averaging 14.5 DKFP per game and has caught 13 touchdown passes. He has more receptions (74) and receiving yards (1,270 than Terry McLaurin.

Breshad Perriman, Buccaneers ($3,100) vs. 49ers

Perriman scrapes the bottom of the barrel when it comes to pricing, but regularly triples his value by averaging 11.4 DKFP per sim. His 95 speed makes him a dangerous deep threat and he could stand out against one of the better secondaries in Madden.

Tight End

George Kittle, 49ers ($6,100) vs. Buccaneers

Tampa Bay has a strong run defense, so San Francisco’s top pass catcher could get a boost. If you think this game will turn into a shootout, bank on the best tight end in Madden to be a major factor.

Travis Kelce, Chiefs ($5,900) vs. Bengals

The second best tight end in the game should also benefit from a matchup advantage. Not much separates him from Kittle in DKFP average or price. Which on one of the stars will be better is a toss up at this point, but both have high ceilings.

Defense/Special Teams

Saints D/ST ($3,200) vs. Lions

New Orleans has a strong defensive line and Detroit has little to no ground game. This is game is set up for the Saints to get after Matthew Stafford when all he can go is attempt to throw the long ball, and Lions receivers typically don’t both go off in one game.
