Major League Baseball will return for a 60-game season and we’re here with our 2020 fantasy baseball third base rankings to help you prepare.

Welcome to the 2020 MLB season! It’s here? Well, a version of baseball is hopefully here for 60 regular season games. There’s still a month to go until the first games are played which is plenty of time for the earth to be taken over by the Tube-nosed Care Bear Barrons of Betelgeuse. But, we will continue to act like baseball and more importantly, fantasy baseball will happen.

A 60 game season with players possibly missing time due to being quarantined, could be a huge dumpster barge fire. But here at DraftKings Nation, we are the positive, happy people! Let’s do this thing!

Third base is deep and has a good tier of elite options. Corner infielder spots will likely be better off with a third basemen there. You can’t go wrong with the Top-3 studs, Nolan Arenado, Alex Bregman and Anthony Rendon, while Jose Ramirez and Rafael Devers are right there in the mix with the top options. Every team in your league should be able to roster a high quality third baseman.

Ranking these third basemen isn’t an easy task. There are big second and third tiers that could go in many different orders. I’m just happy that there are so many options and that waiting on the position can be just as profitable as grabbing one of the studs.
