Fantasy Esports Picks: CS:GO (Counter Strike: Global Offensive) CS Summit EU Top DraftKings DFS Targets for June 23

Four teams, including Fnatic, will face off in the single elimination bracket to decide the final spots in the group stages of the CS Summit’s European tournament on Tuesday. We have a look at some considerations for Captain and flex positions from DraftKings’ CS:GO slate, which starts at 9:00 a.m. ET.

Captain

BlameF ($12,900)

Complexity’s players were certainly not at their best on Monday. They felt the fatigue of several high-profile weekend games. However, BlameF didn’t fit this description. He was at his usual fluent best, win or loss. Even in a 2-0 loss to BIG, he still managed 37 kills and 34 deaths with an ADR of 85.7. This level of consistency is hard to come by, which is why he would be my Captain.

Others to consider: Brollan ($12,000)

High-priced flex options

Brollan ($8,000)

To be honest, I didn’t expect to see Fnatic in an elimination bracket. They were thrashed 16-2 by Nordavind in a map as well. Fnatic has another chance to correct their errors, of which there were many, when they face Pact on Tuesday. Brollan wasn’t too bad in either game. In a 2-0 loss to Heroic, he still provided decent production with 42 kills and 47 deaths.

EspiranTo ($9,800)
EspiranTo has been a steady force for Contact this year. So much so, in fact, that he is the most expensive player in this slate, a tag that is hard to justify. However, not many can argue against his fantasy production: he has averaged 51.6 DKFP in a stumbling and stuttering season. It’s also important to pick players from as many teams as possible in a competitive structure.

Flusha ($7,800)
It’s good to analyze a player’s performance in a loss, particularly a bad defeat, because it depicts efficiency under duress. In Fnatic’s 2-0 loss to Heroic, Flusha led his team in K-D with 37 kills and 41 deaths. He even had a team-leading damage per round of 78.4. Flusha has also managed in excess of 50 DKFP, which includes games against some of the best teams in the world.

Others to consider: ottoND ($9,200).

Value flex options

Sobol ($7,200)

Pact was beaten 2-1 in the quarterfinals against Fate. The stats were bizarre. Four Fate players had negative K-Ds, while four Pact players had a positive K-D. That is as good an indicator as any of an ineffective method of closing out rounds. Sobol was one of Pact’s players with a solid K-D. He had 58 kills and 44 deaths, owning the best K-D in his team. His 44 deaths was also the fewest in the entire game.

K0nfig ($6,800)
K0nfig has had a fantastic few games in the lead up to this tournament. He has averaged 56.6 DKFP per game, which is a good reflection of that form and confidence. He has been an integral cog in this Complexity team, particularly from a killing standpoint. This price is far too low for a player of his quality.

Others to consider: Krimz ($7,600), Shipz ($6,400).
