We have a couple a replacement fighters on the UFC on ESPN 11 card this Saturday, and the opener offers one where the new fighter is going to be favored. Max Rohskopf will make his UFC debut in replacing Joe Solecki in a lightweight bout with Austin Hubbard. Is it a shot in the dark for your DFS lineups with the newcomer?

DraftKings DFS Values

Austin Hubbard: $7,800
Max Rohskopf: $8,400

We have no UFC information for Rohskopf, and limited for Hubbard. In three UFC fights, Hubbard is 1-2, with all three outcomes determined by unanimous decision. Rohskopf has only fought five professional fights in total, and has one amateur fight under his belt. All five of his pro fights saw him win via submission, with four of them in the first round. His one amateur fight was stopped by the doctor to give him a TKO victory.

A replacement fight can offer some value given the short notice, but with the replacement fighter a rather notable favorite (-186 to +150), you might want to just stay away from it. Rohskopf’s price is a little too high, unless you’re feeling confident he can get another early stoppage. However, six of Hubbard’s last seven fights have gone to a decision, so this could turn into a slog.
