Unranked middleweights looking to change their place on the cards fight when Marc-Andre Barriault from Quebec and Oskar Piechota of Poland do battle at UFC on ESPN 11 in Las Vegas. But is this a good fight to have on your fantasy card?

DraftKings DFS Values

Marc-Andre Barriault: $7,600
Oskar Piechota: $8,600

Piechota is a small -129 favorite, while Barriault comes in at +103 on the money line.

Piechota is 11-3 overall, but all three losses have come in his last three fights. He might need a win to stay in the promotion, and lands 3.19 strikes per minute of octagon time. He had five submissions and five knockouts before his recent skid.

Barriault is 0-3 in the UFC, losing thrice by decision since joining the promotion in May of last year. He was 11-1 with eight knockouts on the independent circuit, but his lack of success might have him in trouble for his contract without a win here. He lands 3.53 strikes per minute while absorbing 4.2, and has only one completed takedown in his UFC career.

There might be thin value on Barriault here, who is at least losing via decision as of late. Piechota hasn’t seen the third round in any of his three-straight losses, and Barriault has shown enough stopping power in his career to do the same here. It’s not a guarantee, but rounding out some of your rosters with Barriault is a good way to save salary cap and possibly pick up an early KO or submission victory.
