11:15 p.m UPDATE: Marvin Vettori wins by submission (rear naked choke) at 4:17 of the first round. Vettori got his revenge on the fighter that came in overweight and had cancelled on him previously. He was -215 to win, but to do it via first round stoppage pays a nice number at +1000.

3:10 p.m. UPDATE: DraftKings Sportsbook posted their latest fight day betting splits. The betting public continues to support the favored Vettori (-24). 72 percent of handle and total bets are on him.

The co-main event at UFC Fight Night tonight features plenty of bad blood, a terribly missed weight cut, and there’s been plenty of smack talk already.

Karl Roberson missed weight for the second time in a month when scheduled to fight Marvin Vettori, and the anger from Vettori was palpable. The favored fighter, who was the first on the scales at the weigh-in yesterday, spent the day clowning Roberson on Instagram for his miss. And you’ve got to admit: The Italian is good with the memes.

Roberson, besides now being the heavier fighter after missing by 4.5 pounds yesterday, will have plenty of incentive to find a way. But recovering from a case of rhabdomyolysis can’t be easy when you’re an underdog already. And he’s been forced to turn over 30% of his purse to Vettori before the fight even begins.
