DraftKings continues their Championship Series this week with the kickoff of the Fantasy Golf World Championship. The PGA Tour is restarting its 2019-2020 season this week with the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial, and you can join a contest now to qualify.
The Fantasy Golf World Championship takes place November 12th during the week of the rescheduled Masters tournament, with a $1.5 million prize pool, including $500,000 for the winner. This week’s Charles Schwab Challenge is the first of several qualifiers to fill 200 slots. Once the 200 slots are filled, there will be two playdown contests to narrow the field to a final 40. The ZOZO Championship the week of October 22nd is the first playdown contest, and the WGC-HSBC Champions is the second playdown contest. There will be a buffer period the week of November 5th for the Houston Open, and then the finals for the Masters the week of November 12th.
The Charles Schwab Challenge contest features a $5 entry fee. We’ve broken down some of the top DFS options here, and what past success at Colonial could mean here.
