Best lineup strategy for Panthers vs. Chargers Madden simulation Showdown

If you’re gonna captain a wideout in Friday’s Panthers-Chargers Madden sim, it should be Keenan Allen or Curtis Samuel.

The Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Chargers will face off in a simulated Madden 20 game Friday, and DraftKings will have DFS contests available for the matchup. We break down the ideal showdown lineup strategy for the contest, which you can play at DraftKings.

Captain’s Picks

Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers ($15,300)

Allen has been a top performer among wideouts. He’s consistently tallied more than 15 DKFP per game and won’t face any top-notch cornerbacks. He’s hurled in less than five passes once and has scored in seven straight games, making him a great captain candidate.

Curtis Samuel, WR, Panthers ($9,300)

Samuel is the best value play available. He’s Carolina’s second most productive player and is the fastest skill player in the game. His 95 speed gives him a chance to make big plays down the field, and he doesn’t break the bank like McCaffrey.

Flex Men

Christian McCaffrey, RB, Patriots ($10,600)

McCaffrey can destroy your lineup if he doesn’t light it up as a captain, but a flex spot gives you more flexibility. If you captain Samuel, you can stack McCaffrey with the Chargers’ most productive players.

Travis Benjamin, WR, Chargers ($3,200)

Benjamin is WR3 for a very productive Chargers offense. He’s been about as good as DJ Moore ($9,200), so his price is a steal.
