UPDATE: Latest odds, betting splits for Cerrone-Pettis

In a battle of two aging lightweights looking to get back into contention at the top of the division, Donald Cerrone will face Anthony Pettis in a preliminary bout at UFC 249 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday night.

Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone just turned 37, and has been in UFC since 2007. But he’s also fought for the lightweight title four times unsuccessfully, and his loss to Conor McGregor in January might have ended his chances of ever being a champion. His 36-14 record is very impressive, but he’s also lost his last three fights and hasn’t made it through the second round.

Anthony “Showtime” Pettis is 33 and is favored by the oddsmakers, but is ranked 15th in the division, well behind the sixth-ranked Cerrone. Pettis has lost three of his last four fights, and tends to win or lose by striking. Even going only three rounds here, these two are unlikely to go the distance.

Below are the odds for Donald Cerrone vs. Anthony Pettis at UFC 249 on May 9th.
