Best, sleeper options to consider for NASCAR DFS at Darlington on Tuesday [UPDATE]

We break down some of the best picks, as well as some sleepers for Tuesday’s Toyota 200 at Darlington Raceway.

UPDATE: The race was rained out on Tuesday and has been rescheduled for Thursday at noon ET.

Racing returned last weekend with the Real Heroes 400 marking the restart of the 2020 Cup Series schedule. The Cup Series returns on Wednesday for a second Darlington race, but on Tuesday, the smaller Xfinity Series returns to action at Darlington. The Toyota 200 is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. ET on FS1, and DraftKings will have DFS contests going for the race. We break down some of the best picks in the field below. You can enter your lineup here.

Best Bets

Kyle Busch ($16,000)

Busch is significantly more expensive than the second priciest option, but that makes sense. He’s an accomplished driver with a great car and drove as recently as Sunday. When you’ve won as many times as Busch and have the No. 1 pit stall, you have to be the favorite.

Daniel Hemric ($9,100)

Hemric had success in the Xfinity Series not too long he ago. He scored more than 4,000 points in 2017 and 2018. He cracked the top five in the standings both years. He’s shown that he can compete with the best, despite having limited experience.

Sleeper Picks

Riley Herbst ($7,600)

Herbst might be young, but the 21-year-old got off to a strong start this season. He’s tallied four top 10 finishes this year and nearly won at Fontana last month. The up-and-comer could be ready to make a name for himself in the Cup Series.

Jeremy Clements ($7,100)

Clements is a South Carolina native, so racing on his home track could favor him. He’s averaging a 14th place finish at Darlington since February of 2018. He’s notched a top 20 finish in five of the nine races he’s been a part of at the track.
