William Byron wins eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series race at Richmond

The driver of the Axalta #24, and the most dominant racer in the eNASCAR series, picks up his second consecutive win.

William Byron and the #24 Axalta won for the second consecutive race, this week at Richmond International Raceway.

A caution flag with four laps to go consolidated the field, taking away a greater than one second lead Byron had. The restart gave Timmy Hill a chance to close it in the final four turns, but despite not having the freshest tires Byron was able to hold him off and pick up the win just as he did two weeks ago at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Byron was running on his last rubber, as he got pretty loose into his last turn and you could see his car almost sliding off the track, but he kept it under control for the win. Here’s the Top 10:

  1. William Byron
  2. Timmy Hill
  3. Parker Kligerman
  4. Landon Cassill
  5. Kyle Busch
  6. Denny Hamlin
  7. Erik Jones
  8. Dale Earnhardt Jr.
  9. Bubba Wallace
  10. Brad Keselowski
