Top NFL Targets at each position on DraftKings for April 13th

We’re kicking off Monday with yet another three-game set of Madden simulations. The Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Browns, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Minnesota Vikings, and New Orleans Saints will be featured in the slate. We break down some ideal picks at each position ahead of the action. Set your lineup and join in at DraftKings.

Quarterback

Jameis Winston ($6,300) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Winston has the most dynamic wide receiver duo in the slate at his disposal in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Evans excels at making contested hauling the ball in while heavily contested and Godwin’s catching (97) ranks among the best in the game. If you don’t want to spend big on Drew Brees, Winston is the next best choice.

Other options: Drew Brees ($7,800) vs. Vikings

Running back

Alvin Kamara ($6,400) vs. Vikings

Versatile backs like Kamara are a premium in this kind of DFS. He has above averages hands to get PPR points and also has elusiveness and speed for the ground game. He hasn’t fallen under double-digits in any simulation so far, so he should continue being a valuable asset.

Leonard Fournette ($6,000) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Fournette isn’t as serviceable as a receiver when compared to backs like Kamara and Dalvin Cook, but he’s a big part of Jacksonville’s running game. He’s averaging the most DKFP (16.9) per contest at his position. He hasn’t rushed for less than 70 yards in game and has scored at least a touchdown in each of his two simulations.

Other option: Kareem Hunt ($4,200) vs. Dolphins

Wide receiver

Mike Evans ($6,400) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Evans has been the most dominant wideout in the slate. He leads all players with 24.1 DKFP per contest but is the third most expensive option at his position. You get great value for him at this price.

Odell Beckham Jr. ($7,000) vs. Miami Dolphins

Beckham and Jarvis Landry ($4,800) both had productive outings against the Bengals, and they’ll face another underwhelming secondary. Beckham’s 22.3 DKFP per game are second to only Evans at receiver. I like the odds of him playing well against Xavien Howard and the Dolphins.

Other option: DeVante Parker ($6,400) vs. Browns

Tight End

Mike Gesicki ($4,700) vs. Cleveland Browns

Gesicki could be Miami’s second best pass catcher and is averaging 12.1 DKFP per contest. The Dolphins lack depth in the backfield. That opens the door for Gesicki to trail Parker when it comes to production as a receiver.

Other option: Jared Cook ($4,800) vs. Vikings

Defense/Special Teams

Cleveland Browns D/ST vs. Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins lack a run game and have to rely on Parker’s production heavily through the air. Miami’s poor offensive line will also play a factor in its offensive production, as it will have to block Myles Garrett and others.

Other option: Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($3,200) vs. Jaguars
