Devin Booker is officially the first player to reach the finals of the NBA 2K Players Tournament. The Phoenix Suns guard beat Los Angeles Clippers forward Montrezl Harrell in a best of three semifinal series 2-0 on Saturday.

Booker started off the series hot and claimed a 14-point victory. He used the Los Angeles Clippers to topple the Houston Rockets 68-54. Booker used Paul George anfd Kawhi Leonard to heavily to overpower Harrell in Game 1, but the second game was a lot closer.

Harrell chose Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks in an attempt to buckle down and force a game three. He led Booker’s Toronto Raptors late but turned the ball over continuously down the stretch before losing 65-62 in the end.

Harrell used lag as an excuse in both games, but Booker piled on the trash talk and got the result he wanted. He’ll look to retain that energy for the finals, where he’ll either face the tournament’s most prolific trash talker in Patrick Beverley, or his teammate Deandre Ayton.
