UPDATE: 4:07 p.m. Nixon is out for the Cougars tonight.
BYU's Dalton Nixon (ankle) will not play tonight against Saint Mary's, per Mark Pope.

BYU Cougars senior forward Dalton Nixon is questionable for tonight’s West Coast Conference semifinal matchup with the Saint Mary’s Gaels.
Nixon has missed the last four games with a high ankle sprain. He’s averaging 7.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game for the blue and white this season, and his leadership and presence would be missed if was unable to go tonight. However BYU has won all four games without him, including a 91-78 victory over the Gonzaga Bulldogs on February 2nd in Provo.
With an eye on the NCAA Tournament starting in 10 days, the Cougars might want to keep him under wraps until it’s fully healed. But BYU also hasn’t played a game in February yet due to the WCC’s unusual scheduling this time of year.
BYU stands as a 4.5 point favorite as of now over the Gaels at DraftKings Sportsbook.
