Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart says he’s been cleared of COVID-19 coronavirus since Friday, he announced via Twitter on Sunday night.

Smart announced on March 19 that he had tested positive for COVID-19 but was showing no symptoms. So it looks like Smart is fine and will go back to quarantine like the rest of the League.

The NBA is hoping to resume the season at some point. It’s looking like either late May or the middle of June for a return, though it’s not yet clear. The MLB just put in place some strict guidelines for the season to start. If those guidelines are adopted by the NBA, then this layoff could be a bit longer. We could see no fans initially.
