Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer and MSG have reached an agreement on the purchase of the Forum, the Los Angeles Times reported late Tuesday.

With Ballmer’s purchase of The Forum, which is located in Inglewood, California, clears the way for the Clippers to move out of Staples Center and into a brand new arena. Ballmer will buy the arena from Madison Square Garden Co., whose executive chairman is New York Knicks owner James Dolan.
