Jimmy Butler headlines Heat injury report Wednesday vs. Hornets

The Miami Heat will be without SG Jimmy Butler for their game against the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night. Luckily, Tyler Herro, Jae Crowder and Kendrick Nunn are all available to play.

Butler injured his toe in the Heat’s win over the Wizards on Sunday. Crowder had been out with a concussion and Herro has been sidelined with an ankle injury. Meyers Leonard remains out and Udonis Haslem is available to play as well.

With Butler out, the back court should feature Goran Dragic, Nunn and Duncan Robinson against Charlotte. Dragic becomes an appealing play given he’ll likely handle the ball and play PG with Nunn and Robinson off the ball on the wings. Bam Adebayo is still a strong play overall in DFS given the Hornets lack size and experience down low.
