NY Guardians official Week 1 depth chart

For those of us preparing for XFL DFS, there is some good news. We have official depth charts! With such new teams these depth charts will likely change quickly, but this should be how they start out Week 1, which will help us a lot when trying to set our lineups.

Matt McGloin gets the nod at quarterback. You probably remember McGloin from his six starts with the Raiders in 2013 where his stats weren’t awful. He should bring a veteran presence to Kevin Gilbride’s offense.

Tim Cook will be Gilbride’s Brandon Jacobs and Darius Victor could be his Ahmad Bradshaw. Gilbride should run the ball more than the average XFL team but he will split work between his backs.

Mekale McKay is the X receiver and should be the No. 1 target, especially around the red zone where his 6’5” frame should come in handy. Gilbride has a similarly sized Plaxico Burress in that role with the Giants as well.
