Trail Blazers send Skal Labissiere to Hawks for cash

Portland is shedding salary and getting some trade capital in the process with this move.

The Portland Trail Blazers are trading F Skal Labissiere to the Atlanta Hawks for cash consideration, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Portland is trading Skal Labissiere and cash to Atlanta, league source tells ESPN.

This is just a minor trade for Portland to shed some salary. Labissiere was owed $2.3M this season on an expiring contract. The Blazers also received $2M in cash from the Hawks in the deal, per Woj.
