The Los Angeles Clippers have traded G Derrick Walton Jr. to the Atlanta Hawks, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

This is a minor move by the Clippers and is likely to clear a bit of salary to try and add another piece to the puzzle. Walton was owed $1.4M on an expiring deal this season. The Clippers could also look to move Moe Harkless and/or Patrick Patterson to clear up some additional salary, possibly to make a move for Knicks PF Marcus Morris.
