UPDATE: Feb. 28, 7:13 p.m. — Fox says he’ll play against the Grizzlies. This will send Joseph back to the bench and is a downgrade for him as a value on DraftKings.
Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox tells me he’s not 100% but he’s going to play tonight against the Grizzlies.

UPDATE: Feb. 28, 6:36 p.m. — Fox is now going to be a game-time decision vs. the Grizzlies.
The availability of Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox for tonight’s game against the Grizzlies will be a gametime decision.

UPDATE: Feb. 28, 2:54 p.m. — Fox is listed as questionable to play Friday vs. the Memphis Grizzlies. The PG missed Thursday’s game but the team was moderately competitive against the Thunder, narrowly losing on the road. They head to Memphis for a matchup with the Grizzlies, who are without key front court bodies in Brandon Clarke and Jaren Jackson Jr.
De'Aaron Fox (lower abdominal tightness) is QUESTIONABLE for tonight's game at Memphis.

If Fox is out again, Joseph should get another start. He had a solid outing Thursday against the Thunder, scoring six points, 11 assists and three steals in 35 minutes for 30.5 DKFP. At $3,500, he could be another solid value play on Friday’s slate.
UPDATE: Feb. 27, 6:50 p.m. — Cory Joseph is confirmed as the starter in place of Fox vs. OKC on Thursday night. At $3,100 on DraftKings, he’s an appealing value play but has limited ceiling due to the matchup. Chris Paul, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Dennis Schroder are a handful for a guard like Joseph, especially on the road.
UPDATE: Feb. 27, 6:13 p.m. — Fox has been ruled out vs. the Thunder.
De'Aaron Fox (right lower abdominal tightness) is OUT for tonight's game at Oklahoma City.

Let’s go over the DFS plays. We don’t know if Joseph will start yet, but if that’s the case, he’ll be an appealing cash-game value play. Hield ($6,100) is the one I like in tournaments, though his ownership probably spikes a bit.
Get the Thunder spread while you can, ladies and gentlemen! Get it while it’s low because it’s going to move up — potentially to around -9.5 at home. I don’t see the Kings handing in this one without Fox. OKC is just playing too well and the Kings offense will be pretty barren outside of Buddy.
Sacramento Kings PG De’Aaron Fox is questionable to play in Thursday night’s game vs. the Oklahoma City Thunder due to an abdominal injury. Marvin Bagley III and Richaun Holmes remain sidelined for the Kings.

Fantasy basketball and betting analysis: De’Aaron Fox injury
If Fox is out there are two clear options to turn to in DFS on DraftKings. The first is Buddy Hield ($6,100), who becomes an elite GPP and cash-game play despite a somewhat tough road matchup vs. the Thunder. The other is Cory Joseph ($3,100), who would pick up additional minutes at point guard and would likely start.
The line on this game has moved up on DraftKings Sportsbook throughout the day. It’s up to Thunder -7.5 and I think that’s incredibly favorable knowing that A) The Thunder can cover that spread at home even if Fox plays and B) If Fox it out, this game could be over by halftime.
