Quarterback rankings for XFL Week 4

We take you through some of the best quarterbacks going into Week 4 of the XFL for fantasy football.

The XFL has made it through 30 percent of its inaugural season and Week 4 is upon us. We are starting to get a better handle on a few of the teams, but questions still swirl about much of the league. We thankfully have Josh Johnson and Landry Jones back and healthy, which is a boon to the league as a whole.

Unfortunately, Cardale Jones had an awful Week 3 after starting the season guns a’ blazin’, so he will need to have a turnaround game this week against the Vipers for us to gain some trust back. His display in L.A. was bad enough to worry about him moving forward, but it was still just one game after two strong games.

On the other side of that game we were able to see Josh Johnson at his best and his best was right up there with P.J. Walker this season. At this point, Walker must remain the No. 1 quarterback, as he and Cam Phillips have been unstoppable, but Johnson now has Nelson Spruce and Tre McBride both playing well and showed extreme accuracy last week against a Defenders defense that had been playing well.

Landry Jones is throwing too many interceptions, but he’s putting up stats in Dallas’ pass-first offense and this week they’ll face a high-scoring Roughnecks offense at home. Landry is firmly in the top tier this week.

Brandon Silvers and Jordan Ta’amu face off this weekend, and both have shown enough upside to be worth a start, but Ta’amu, despite his down Week 3 in fantasy, remains the safer play with his rushing ability.
