Typically, the All-Star break is a time for players to rest and get healthy. This wasn’t the case for Kemba Walker. He hasn’t been active for the Boston Celtics in any of their games since the break due to knee soreness. Without him on the court, Jayson Tatum ($8,800) has been dominating. In the last two games, he’s averaging 55 DKFP with a 31.2% usage rating. Gordon Hayward ($7,400) and Jaylen Brown ($6,600) also get extra usage with Walker off the court, while Marcus Smart ($6,100) has been starting at point guard in his absence.

Even without Kemba, Boston finds itself favored by five points against the Trail Blazers. Even though Walker is an important piece for the Celtics, Portland is playing without Damian Lillard. The Blazers are scoring 9.1 less points per 100 possessions without Dame on the court this season, so the Celtics are rightful road favorites.
