The 2020 NASCAR season is officially in full swing, and we’re back for the second big race of the year. A week removed from the Daytona 500, NASCAR returns with the Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The race gets going at 3:30 p.m. ET and will air on FOX and be live streamed on Fox Sports Go.
Qualifying for the race was cancelled on Saturday due to inclement weather. NASCAR’s rule book dictates that a cancellation means the starting lineup is determined by owner points. Kyle Busch claims the pole position, followed by Martin Truex, Jr., Kevin Harvick, and Denny Hamlin.
Busch finished 34th at the Daytona 500. Last year, he won four races and finished third at the Pennzoil 400. His other race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last year, the South Point 400, saw him finish 19th. Joey Logano won the 2019 Pennzoil 400 after Kevin Harvick opened in the pole position.
When is Pennzoil 400 in 2020?
