Monday update: The Ravens activated Lamar Jackson from the Covid-19 injured reserve list on Monday. He is eligible to play on Tuesday against the Cowboys.

Things are up in the air for the Baltimore Ravens this week as they wait for a gaggle of players to clear the COVID/reserve list ahead of their Monday afternoon game against the Dallas Cowboys. That includes starting quarterback Lamar Jackson, who could come off the list as soon as Sunday.

Fantasy Football analysis: Ravens QBs Lamar Jackson, Trace McSorley

Jackson missed last week’s game against the Steelers, which put Robert Griffin III into the starting role for that one. RG3 left the game with an injury, and has since been placed on injured reserve with a thigh injury. When he left that game, McSorley came in to complete two of six passes for 77 yards and a touchdown.

If Jackson can play this week, he has a great opportunity against the Cowboys, who have given up 24 passing touchdowns while picking off opposing passers just four times. They also gave up a rushing touchdown to Kyler Murray of the Cardinals.

If Jackson cannot play, the would put McSorley into the starting spot. He does not merit a roster spot in anything but the deepest of fantasy football leagues.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Lamar Jackson. Sit Trace McSorley.
