Minnesota Timberwolves C Karl-Anthony Towns is week-to-week due to a dislocated wrist, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The good news is Towns won’t require surgery for the injury. The bad news is that we don’t have a timetable for when Towns will be back in action. He saw a specialist in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Towns was ruled out for Sunday’s game vs. the Los Angeles Lakers after reports said earlier that he was expected to play. It’s just been one of the those slates in the NBA unfortunately. So with Towns out on Sunday night, you can look to Naz Reid ($4,200) to start. We also should see more of Ed Davis ($3,000) and Juancho Hernangomez ($3,600) as a result of the Towns injury. Reid isn’t a bad option on the later slate if you can make it work. He’s also a decent waiver wire pickup.
