Antonio Gibson is on Washington’s final injury report for Week 16. We break down what it means for fantasy football roster decisions.

Game status: Gibson is ACTIVE for Week 16.

Game day update: Antonio Gibson is expected to play and should be back near a normal workload, per Mike Garafolo.

Antonio Gibson is listed as questionable on the official injury report for this week’s game against the Carolina Panthers. The Washington Football Team running back has a chance to play after missing his last two games, and most of a third, with a bout of turf toe. Despite Gibson’s potential return, it’s still worth keeping J.D. McKissic on the radar for your fantasy football lineup this week.

Fantasy impact: Antonio Gibson (toe)

Gibson got in a full week of practice, but he was limited in each session. Still, that’s more work than he was able to do ahead of last week’s game, so the arrow is at least pointing up for his availability. It might be a game-time call.

Either way, you’ll want to consider McKissic for fantasy purposes this week. He had 107 total yards last week on 13 carries and nine catches, and scored a receiving touchdown. He’s been putting out a solid effort with Gibson on the shelf, and turf toe injuries are the kind than can linger.
