Even though the team is 4-10, the Carolina Panthers have a solid trio of wide receivers that have been reliable plays for most of the season. Here’s how they stack up against the Washington Football Team in Week 16.

Fantasy Football analysis: Panthers WRs Robby Anderson, D.J. Moore, Curtis Samuel

Anderson was able to surpass the 1,000-yard marker for the first time in his career in last week’s loss to the Green Bay Packers, but did so by tying a season-low 26 receiving yards on a season-low two receptions. It was just the third time Anderson was held to under 10.50 fantasy points all year. It also broke a 12-game streak of four or more receptions. Even with how tough the Washington Football Team has been on opposing wide receivers (average just 31.86 total points per-game), Anderson’s mostly-consistent volume makes him a FLEX play.

Just like Anderson, Moore hit the 1,000-yard mark last week, making it the second time in his career to do so. He’s been a favorite target of Teddy Bridgewater in the last four games he’s played, averaging just under nine targets per-game and 103.75 receiving yards per-game. He’s also scored 19.20 points or more in three of his last four games, making him a reliable low-end WR1/high-end WR2 play regardless of matchup lately.

After scoring three touchdowns from Week 8-11, Samuel has found the end zone once in the team’s last three games. Even with that being said, he’s averaged a reasonable 12.50 points per-game in the span. He’s also had four red-zone targets in two games, but just hasn’t been able to cash in.
