UPDATE: Hopkins is good to go on the sideline and set to return to the game, per the sideline reporter.
The Arizona Cardinals are headed into halftime trailing the San Francisco 49ers 7-6, and they’re awaiting word on a notable injury. In the final minute of the second quarter, DeAndre Hopkins left the game after landing hard on his stomach in the end zone. Hopkins went to the locker room to get examined, and we await the start of the third quarter for more information.
Hopkins went up in the end zone for a pass and couldn’t bring it down. He had trouble getting up and appeared to point to his stomach. He has three receptions for 20 yards.

DeAndre Hopkins failed to make what would have been another spectacular touchdown catch thanks to solid coverage by Jason Verrett.

Hopkins shaken up upon landing, pointing to his stomach. Was able to get up and head to the locker room on his own power and appears fine. pic.twitter.com/XoYa1QwFdu
