Game status: Chase Edmonds is ACTIVE in Week 15.
Game day update: Chase Edmonds is expected to play on Sunday, but could have a reduced role, per Ian Rapoport.
Arizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds is listed as questionable on the official injury report for this week’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. After missing practice with an ankle injury on Wednesday and Thursday, he was at least able to get in a limited session on Friday. That improves his outlook for playing this week. The Cardinals have a 4:05 PM ET kickoff.
Fantasy impact: Chase Edmonds (ankle)
Edmonds has limited appeal in fantasy lineups anyway. He’s mostly a backup to Kenyan Drake, seeing around 10 or 11 touches each week. He has one touchdown, a receiving score in Week 11, in his last seven games.
Drake has been rolling lately. He’s scored five touchdowns in his last four games, averaging almost 70 rushing yards in each of his last five outings. He might see a slight increase in his workload if Edmonds can’t play this week, which would only increase his fantasy value.
