The Indianapolis Colts’ trio of tight ends combined for 53 yards on four catches last week against the Raiders. Jack Doyle led the group with 44 of those yards on three catches, while Mo Alie-Cox had one grab for nine yards. The fantasy football appeal for all three players is pretty limited, especially since it varies from week to week which one of the three will come up with the most receptions.
Fantasy Football analysis: Colts TEs Trey Burton, Jack Doyle, Mo Alie-Cox
Doyle’s 44 yards last week against the Raiders was the first time any of these three players has had more than 40 yards in a game since Week 12, something that’s only happened three times since Week 6.
The Colts probably won’t need their tight ends for much this week again. T.Y. Hilton and Jonathan Taylor are driving the offense right now, and that’s unlikely to change against a mediocre Houston defense.
Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation
Sit all three.
