What to do with Brandin Cooks, Keke Coutee in Week 15 of the fantasy football playoffs

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Brandin Cooks, Keke Coutee ahead of the Texans Week 15 matchup against the Colts.

The Houston Texans were incredibly thin at wide receiver last week against the Bears. Will Will Fuller two games into his suspension and Randall Cobb done for the season, they also were without Brandin Cooks for that game. That left Keke Coutee as the default No. 1 option, and he finished with just 24 yards on three catches and a touchdown for a struggling offense. This week Houston welcomes back Cooks, offering at least a little more hope for their passing game.

Fantasy Football analysis: Texans WRs Brandin Cooks, Keke Coutee

In his last game, Week 13, which happened to be against the same Colts team they’ll face this week, Cooks had five catches on eight targets for 65 yards. Coutee did the heavy lifting in that one, catching eight passes on nine targets for 141 yards. Chad Hansen also had over 100 yards in that game with Indy’s defense focused on Cooks.

I’m putting Coutee ahead of Cooks, just based on the later’s disappointing results this season. He’s a decent WR3 this week. Cooks still has some value as a Flex, if you can’t find better options.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Start Keke Coutee. Sit Brandin Cooks.
