What to do with Ryan Tannehill in Week 15 of the fantasy football playoffs

We go over the fantasy football outlook of Ryan Tannehill ahead of the Titans Week 15 matchup against the Lions.

Ryan Tannehill’s has lacked consistency in recent weeks and he failed to take advantage of the Tennesee Titans’ optimal matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 14. Tannehill could bounce back with a big Week 15 performance against the Detroit Lions. Is he worth rolling with for the fantasy playoffs this weekend?

Fantasy Football analysis: Titans QB Ryan Tannehill

Tannehill has thrown for less than 225 yards in four of his last six games. The Lions are giving up 263.8 passing yards per game and only four teams have given up more passing touchdowns, so there’s a clear opportunity for a ceiling game from Tannehill. He exploded for a season-high 389 passing yards and three passing touchdowns against the Cleveland Browns in Week 13 but fell short of expectations after tallying just 212 passing yards the following week. The Lions are worse against the run than they are against the pass, so I expect Derrick Henry to carry the offense in this matchup.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Sit Tannehill against the defense that’s given up the most rushing touchdowns in the NFL.
