Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones will not be in the lineup for Sunday’s game once again, leaving more opportunities for fellow wideouts Calvin Ridley and Russell Gage. If you’re wondering what you can expect from the Atlanta receives, read on.

Fantasy Football analysis: Falcons WRs Calvin Ridley, Russell Gage

Jones has played in just nine games this season and has gone in and out of the lineup plenty of times with a hamstring injury, so the Falcons are used to playing without him. Jones was held out of last week’s game, and both players had impressive performances. Ridley caught eight of 12 targets for 124 yards and a touchdown, and Gage caught five of seven targets for 82 yards.

On Sunday, the Falcons will meet up with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay ranks No. 21 in the NFL in yards per game allowed. In the Buccaneers’ last game, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins completed 24 of 37 passes for 225 yards and a touchdown with zero interceptions.

Fantasy Start/Sit Recommendation

Ridley can be elevated to wide receiver No. 1 status with major upside, while Gage is likely a No. 3 receiver with Jones out for this game.
