Thursday update: John Brown is out for Week 15. Gabriel Davis will continue to have fantasy value this wSaturday against the Broncos.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver John Brown will return to practice this week, per The Athletic’s Matthew Fairburn. Brown is eligible to to return from I.R. this week, but he won’t be on the injury report until he is activated.

Brown’s absence from the offense has been noticeable for Josh Allen’s fantasy numbers, so his return would be a nice boost for him. Brown’s injuries have held him back this season, but when fully healthy he’s shown fantasy upside. His greatest contribution may be to real football and the Bills playoff hopes, but he’ll continue to have fantasy upside when healthy. His presence would likely hurt Gabriel Davis’ fantasy upside, as he has taken a big step in production with Brown out.

The Bills have won three in a row and almost have the AFC East wrapped up, which would be the first time since 1995. Brown should be a big part of their playoff run, as they try to knock off the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC.
