Game status update: The Lions have announced Stafford is questionable to return vs. the Packers.

UPDATE: The Packers kicked a field goal to take a 31-21 lead and Chase Daniel is taking the field with the Lions offense.

The Detroit Lions are trying to mount a comeback against the Green Bay Packers, but they might be shorthanded in doing so. Quarterback Matthew Stafford took a tough hit and left for the locker room. He returned a short time later, and is trying to warm up in case the Lions get the ball back. However, Chase Daniel has also been warming up, so it’s not entirely clear what Stafford’s status is.

The Packers have the ball with under four minutes remaining inside the Lions 35. Green Bay could run down the clock and finish this out, or at least get a near game-clinching field goal before the Lions get the ball back on offense.
